Hayden began training Muay Thai in 2019 in Massachusetts before moving to Hawaii, where he spent a year training under world-renowned coach Ivan Flores of Legacy Muay Thai—best known as the longtime coach of UFC star Max Holloway. During his journey, he’s trained alongside elite athletes, including Muay Thai world champion and WBC-ranked fighter Julian Nguyen.

He’s also spent time in Thailand refining his technique at Sitjaopho Muay Thai, one of the country’s most respected camps. Now 5-0 as an amateur fighter, Hayden continues his development under legendary Kru Bill Newcomb at Hard Knocks Boston.

Outside of the ring, Hayden is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. He works with both fighters and everyday athletes, bringing the same attention to detail, discipline, and structure that define his own training. His coaching style focuses on building strong fundamentals, improving fight IQ, and helping others push their physical and mental limits—whether the goal is competition or overall performance.
